An individual, high quality print scan (300 dpi or higher resolution) service is available to reproduce prints or to store digitally.
If you require prints from your prints the following print charges should be added to the scanning charges shown.

Shoebox Scanning
Do you have a large number of photos just stored in boxes under the bed or in the loft, where they are in danger of mould, damage and neglect?
You can keep them all safe, secure and free from damage by scanning them digitally using our shoebox scan service.
This service is available for prints of mixed sizes from wallet size up to A4.
Not only will this service preserve your prints and allow you to make copies, it is also ideal for making home movie slide shows.

Video Transfer
Share and preserve your special memories to DVD and USB
We can transfer your digital camcorder and VHS tapes to a movie format DVD using a dedicated video transfer system. Please note that we cannot process copyrighted material.
Capable of doing these video formats: VHS, VHS-C, Hi-8, Sony Discs (finalised)

35mm Slide Scanning
We scan individual 35mm colour slides as 2500 DPI Scans (approx 3000 x 2000px JPEGS).
Scans are made with dust and scratch reduction and colour correction. We can also scan 110 and 126 format slides (smaller file sizes)
We can also make very high resolution, high quality scans if required, from most medium format/35mm slides – all done in-store at Clifton Colour.
Files are saved in JPEG format. Ask in-store if you require another format.
